The record signing for the Gunners this afternoon spoke to the media, after his first full training with London Club and stated his happiness and readiness for the new challenge ahead of him.

When asked about how he intend to cope with the challenge of playing for a new club he said.

'I had a very good time in Madrid... but I have made the next step, I'm in the strongest league in the world. It feels great, I feel very good here. I'm sure the boss will improve me and I'm proud to be part of the team'

Ozil is expected to start in the next Gunners game in the Premiership.
