Report in Spain suggests that Manchester United is ready to make an improved bid for Ces Fabregas if the Barcelona Player does not start in his club season opener game against Levante this weekend.
The Manchester Club have seen two previous bid for Fabregas rejected by Bercelona already, and the club insist the former Arsenal Golden boy is not for sale.
